Bulgogi is similar to Filipino tapa, but with sesame oil.
500 grams Flank Steak thinly sliced
5 tablespoon Soy Sauce
2.5 tablespoons White Sugar
0.25 cup Green Onions chopped
2 tablespoons Garlic minced
2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds toasted
2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
0.5 teaspoon Pepper
How to Cook
1. Place beef in a small bowl. Add soy sauce, sugar, green onion, garlic and sesame seeds, sesame oil, and pepper. Massage and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator or overnight.
2. Heat pan on medium fire. Separate beef and marinate. Cook beef for 1-2 minutes or until all sides are brown or cooked.
3. Add more onion leek and sesame seeds before serving.
