Beef Stroganoff is a steak fried with mushrooms simmered in cream, tomato sauce, and beef broth.
0.5 kilo Beef Sirloin cut into thin strips
2 cup Beef Broth
1 cup Cream
0.075 cup Tomato Sauce
2 cups Mushrooms chopped
3 cloves diced Garlic
0 Salt and Pepper
1 small diced Onion
How to Cook
1. In a large bowl, combine beef, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes.
2. In a pan, sauté garlic and onions until onions are translucent. Add marinated beef and sauté until beef is tender. Add mushrooms for 30secs. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Add the tomato sauce and water, and then simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
4. Add cream and turn off heat. Cover for 5 minutes before serving.
