Meatball Spaghetti


Meatball spaghetti is a tomato based pasta with meatballs.

  • 500 grams Tomato Sauce

  • 500 grams Ground Beef

  • 0.5 cup Grated Cheese

  • 0 Cheese

  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

  • 250 grams Ground Beef

  • 0.5 cup Bread Crumbs

  • 0.125 cup Parsley chopped

Pantry Staples
  • 2 cloves minced Garlic

  • 0 Salt and Pepper

  • 1 small minced Onion

  • 1 small Egg

  • 0 Salt and Pepper

  • 1 clove grated or minced finely Garlic

How to Cook

1. Mix all ingredients for meatballs. Scoop 1 teaspoon of the mixture and fry, taste and adjust seasoning. Once settled, divide into 8 balls and refrigerate for 20mins.
2. In a large pot, cook pasta, once pasta is cooked al dente, drain and place to one side. Keep the pasta warm.
3. Pour oil on the pot and fry meatballs. 10-12 minutes. Scoop and reserve to one side. Keep meatballs warm
4. In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until onions are transparent. Add ground beef and cook for 2-3 minutes or until beef grounds are brown. Add tomato sauce and stir for 2 minutes. Add warm meatballs and put the pot's lid on the pot and simmer for 5 minutes. Add cheese and stir for 20 seconds.
5. Mix in the pasta and serve hot with more cheese on top.
