Fried chicken is one of the most staple dish in every Filipino life. Breaded chicken deep fried and served with either ketchup or gravy.
4 pieces Chicken Thigh cut into 2 parts each
1.5 cups Flour
1 cup Bread Crumbs
2 quarts Vegetable Oil
0 Salt and Pepper
How to Cook
1. In a deep pan, fill with oil and heat to medium fire.
2. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
3. Roll and coat in flour. Dip in egg. Coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Fry for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
