Burger patties can be frozen and fried or grilled whenever you crave for a juicy burger.
500 grams Ground Beef
0.5 cup Fine Bread Crumbs
4 pieces Burger Bun
0 Bbq Sauce
1 small Egg
0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
0.5 teaspoon Salt
How to Cook
1. Mix all ingredients except for the burger buns.
2. Divide meat mixture into 4, round the patties before flattening it. Patties should be around 3/4 inch thick.
3. If grilling: Prepare grill, grill patties for 6-8 minutes per side.
If frying: Heat the pan to medium low fire, pour 1 tablespoon oil and add 1 tablespoon butter, add rosemary leaves. When smoke comes out of the pan, place your patties and cook for 6-8 minutes per side.
4. Assemble burger.
