Pinoy Barbecue is a popular delicacy all over the country. The marinade is very versatile, and can even be used with chicken or pork intestines.

1 piece Head Garlic crushed
0.5 cup Banana Ketchup
1 kilo Pork Butt or Pork Shoulder cubed (you can also use beef and chicken)
2 big Calamansi Juice
0.5 cup Soy Sauce
0.25 teaspoon Brown Sugar
2 teaspoon Salt
1 Black Pepper
How to Cook
1. Mix all ingredients and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
2. Skewer 4-5 pieces of meat in a stick.
3. Set up the grill. Brush all sides of your skewers with the marinade before placing on the grill. Cook for 5-8 minutes each side (If using chicken, grill for 3-5 minutes per side; if using beef, grill for 10-12 minutes per side).
