  • 1 large Carrot chopped

  • 1 cup Chicken Thigh Fillets cut into strips

  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce

  • 8 pieces Quail Egg boiled and peeled

  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch with 2 teaspoon water

  • 1 large Carrot chopped

  • 1 small Broccoli cut into florets

  • 1 small Cauliflower cut into florets

  • 1 small Cabbage chopped

  • 1 small Bell Pepper

  • 100 grams Baby Corn halved

  • 100 grams Chicken Liver cut into strips

Pantry Staples
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

  • 1 small chopped Onion

  • 2 cloves chopped Garlic

  • 0 Salt and Pepper

How to Cook

1. In a pan, sauté onion and garlic until onions are translucent.
2. Add chicken meat and cook for chicken meat for 3-4 minutes or until cooked. Add chicken liver and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the carrots and sauté for 2 minute before putting in the broccoli, cauliflower, and baby corn, cook for another 5 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
4. Add bell pepper, quail eggs, and oyster sauce.
5. Pour 1/4 cup water and add the cabbage in. Cover the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes. Pour the cornstarch slurry and mix till the sauce thickens, 1-2 minutes. Adjust flavor with salt and pepper before serving.
