2 portions T-bone Steak
2 tablespoons Butter
1 stalk Rosemary
0 to taste Salt and Pepper
1 tablespoon Oil
How to Cook
1. Rub the steak with salt and pepper.
2. Heat pan in medium high fire. Pour oil on the pan, when the pan is hot enough, place the meat and rosemary in along with a tablespoon of butter on top of each piece of meat.
3. Cook the meat for 2-3 minutes on each side for rare, 4 minutes for medium rare, and 5-6 minutes for well-done.
4. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before cutting or serving.
