1.5 cups Low Fat Milk
1 cup Low Fat Yogurt
1 tablespoon Honey
0 Dash of Ground Gardamom
2 cups Chopped Peeled Ripe Mango
How to Cook
1. In a blender, pulse milk, yogurt, honey, and cardamom until smooth. Add mango and pulse till incorporated. Serve immediately.
