Churros
Description
Churros comes from marrying cream puff and cinnamon sugar donuts. It is often pared with a thick hot cocoa.

Ingredients
1 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
2 quartz Oil
2 tablespoon Vegetable
Pantry Staples
1 cup Water
2.5 tablespoons Sugar
0.5 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Vegetable
0 Cinnamon Sugar Mixture
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
How to Cook
1. In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil. Heat pan and stir continuously using a wooden spoon. When the mixture boils, add flour. Continue to stir until mixture forms into a ball and is not sticking to the pan’s wall.
2. Heat 2 quarts oil in a wide fry pan.
3. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a pan and set aside.
4. Scoop churros dough in a pastry bag. When the oil is hot enough, pipe churros batter in it and fry until the dough floats.
5. Drain and toss in cinnamon sugar mixture.
