Tuna Sandwhich


Tuna sandwich is a simple dish of canned tuna with mayonnaise and seasoning. Tuna spread kept in the fridge can last a 1 week without spoiling.

  • 2 cans Chucks in Brine or Vegetable Oil Tuna

  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 small Cucumber peeled and sliced

  • 8 slices Bread

  • 0 bunch Lettuce

  • 2 tablespoon Parsley diced

  • 0 Cheese (optional)

Pantry Staples
  • 2 pieces sliced Tomato

  • 1 small minced Onion

  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper

How to Cook

1. Drain tuna and put in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, and cheese. Blend everything evenly.
2. Toast bread lightly.
3. To assemble tuna sandwich, add lettuce on the bread, followed by the tuna spread, and then top with tomato and cucumber.
