7 pieces Ripe Plum Tomato
1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon Virgin Olive Oil
8 pieces Sweet Basil Leaves minced
0 Olive Oil
2 cloves minced Garlic
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
0.5 teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper
How to Cook
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Slice baguette into 1/4" thick and line it in a baking pan. Drizzle olive oil on top and bake for 10 minutes or until top is crunchy.
3. Mix garlic, tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
4. When the baguette is ready and has cooled down a little, top with tomato-basil mixture. Serve warm.
