Herbed Omelette


Herbed omelette is a dish that marries the classic omelette with herbs that adds flavor and enhances the aesthetic of the classic dish.

  • 0.125 cup Chives minced

  • 0.25 cup Milk

  • 0.125 cup Basil stems removed

How to Cook

1. In a large bowl beat eggs. Add milk, spinach, garlic, onion, basil, and chives. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat pan over medium low heat, add oil and butter. Pour the egg mixture over the hot pan and cook for 5-6 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
