Instead of putting butter in your toast, try avocado. Both butter and avocado gives the toast its creamy texture, but avocadoes have low cholesterol making it a healthier choice.
4 pieces Whole Grain Bread thick slices
1 small Avocado
1 tablespoon Vinegar
4 large Eggs
0 Salt and Pepper
How to Cook
1. Mash avocado with salt and pepper.
2. Boil a pot of water and add vinegar. Crack eggs in a small bowl. Gently make a whirlpool in the water. Add the egg in the middle of the whirlpool and cook for 3 minutes, remove with a slotted spoon.
3. Toast bread with olive oil. Add avocado spread on top. Add egg on top of avocado.
