Your Wisecard serves as a pass to wonderful shopping privileges in and around Shopwise.

How to Join?

  1. Applicants must be 18 years old and above.
  2. Completely fill out an application form availabel at our-in-store Wisecard Booths and present a valid ID with picture. Online applications will be available soon!
  3. Submit the form together with the following:
    1. Accumulated receipts worth P5,000 of purchases made in the last 3 months prior to application date. Receipts should not have been used in claiming or earning previous Wisecard points, or
    2. Pay a minimal fee of P50

You may claim your Wisecard in 30 minutes or less!

Just key-in your 4-digit PIN number and you can already start using your Wisecard!

You may check your points as early as 2 days after your last shopping trip.

Shop, Earn and Save!

Earning points is so easy! Simply present your Wisecard to the cashier prior to paying for your purchases at Shopwise. Valid for cash, debit card, and credit card transactions only.

Remember, NO CARD = NO POINTS.

P1 = 1 point

Points Conversion Made Simple!

To make computations simpler, points are rounded off to the nearest whole number.

For example:

P1,204.50 = 1,205 points

P8,012.40 = 8,012 points

You can also earn points when purchasing Shopwise Gift Certificates or Gift Cards. However, the use of gift certificates or gift cards as a mode of payment, do not earn points.

Similarly, items purchased using the Merchandis Return Slips (MREs), do not earn points.

Your Wisecard and Elite cards can also be used to earn points when shopping in Royal Duty Free, Subic, in any Rustan's Fresh Supermarkets, and Market Place by Rustan's outlets.

A Red Letter Day for Wiseclub Members

Mark your calendars folks as every first Wednesday of the month is X10 WEDNESDAYS!

Every first Wednesday of the month, Wiseclub members can earn 10x the number of points every peso that they spend in Shopwise on that day.*

That's 10x tne value, 10x the savings just for you!

So set your alarms and see you every First Wednesday of the month!

*valid for purchases up to P10,000 per card/transaction only. Electronics, appliances, Baby food & Milk, Rice, Sugar, Cigarettes, and Tobacco are not included in x10 Wednesdays.

How to Redeem and Use Your Points

You may redeem your points and use them to pay for your purchases by simply presenting your Wisecard to the cashier upon paying for your purchases. Your points balance will be converted and the peso equivalent will be deducted from your total bill.

7500 points you earn is equivalent to Php 50

Excess points not used in paying for your transaction will remain in your account.

So, the more you shop, the more rebates you get, the more savings for you!

Remember all points earned are valid for a period of one (1) year. Unredeemed points will automatically be forfeited every March of the succeeding year.

Failure to redeemed earned points within the give period will automatically mean forfeiture of all earned points. Re-instatement of forfeited points will not be allowed.

Don't worry, these things happen, and we will be glad to help...

For damaged cards:

  1. Proceed to Wiseclub booth and fill-out a Customer Data Update Form
  2. Surrender your damaged card
  3. Present a valid ID with picture
  4. Pay the P50 replacement fee, and you can have your card in less than 30 minutes!

For lost cards:

  1. Proceed to Wiseclub booth and fill-out a Customer Data Update Form
  2. Present two (2) valid IDs with picture (driver's license, passport, etc.)
  3. Pay the P50 replacement fee, and you can have your card in less than 30 minutes!

Forgot your PIN or want to change it?

  1. Proceed to the Wiseclub booth and present two (2) valid IDs with picture (driver's license, passport, etc.) together with your Wisecard
  2. Your Wisecard will be swiped and you will be asked to enter a new PIN.
  3. Once the PIN is verified, you can now use your Wisecard!

If you change your personal information, please tell us...

(change status, address, telephone number, email address, etc.)

Keep your personal information updated by reporting any changes to the Wiseclub booth personnel, of by filling out a Customer Data Update Form available online at www.shopwise.com.ph (Available soon)

Other Terms and Conditions

Your membership is important to us, so please remember the following:

  1. You Wiseclub account will be deemed inactive, and removed from the system if there are no record purchases within a period of one (1) year.
  2. Make sure to present your Wisecard to the cashier BEFORE you pay for the purchases. NO CARD = NO POINTS
  3. For your safety, please report lost Wisecards immediately to the Wiseclub Booth personnel. Shopwise will not be held liable for the loss or any unauthorized use of lost Wisecards.
  4. Your Wiseclub membership can be revoked anytime. Any abuse, failer to follow the terms and conditions, or mis-representations, may be used as basis to revoke your membership and will affect your further participation in the Wiseclub program.
  5. Your Wiseclub Points, as recorded in the Wiseclub Loyalty Program System, shall be deemed correct and accurate.
  6. Shopwise reserves the right to cancel, modify or restrict any aspect of the program anytime, with prior notice to its members.
  7. In the event that the Wiseclub Loyalty Program is terminated, members must use up all remaining points within 60-days prior to termination of program. Due notice to all members must be given at least 60-days before end of program.
  8. Shopwise' failure to enforce a particular term, condition, or guideline does not mean it is waived.
  9. Wiseclub members are subjected to and are deemed to have accepted, the Terms and Conditions of the Wiseclub Loyalty Program upon signing of the Application Form.
