Peanut Butter Mousse
Peanut butter mousse is a dessert that would surely satisfy any peanut butter fan. This dessert can be made 1 week ahead of time as long as it is kept in the fridge.
0.666666 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
2 cups Confectioner’s Sugar
0.5 cup All Purpose Cream
8 ounces Cream Cheese
0.5 cup Crushed Chocolate Cookies
1 cup Whip Cream (you can also use cold all-purpose cream)
How to Cook
1. Chill small bowls or mason jars in the freezer while making the peanut butter mousse.
2. Whip peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar, and cream until well combined and fluffy.
3. Whip the cold cream until it can hold shape, fold and cut peanut butter mixture to whip cream.
4. Take out bowls or mason jars out of the freezer and pour peanut butter mixture, add crushed chocolate cookies on top. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
