Mochi originated from japan and is similar to Philippines bilo bilo.
1.5 cups Glutinous Rice Flour
2 drops Distilled White Vinegar
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Cornstarch
1.5 cups Water
How to Cook
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add water, sugar, and rice flour until well combined. Add 2 drops of vinegar to soften the mixture.
2. Microwave mixture for 8-10 minutes on high heat. Take the mixture out every 1 minute and stir.
3. Knead dough for 5 minutes.
If making colorful mochi, add food dye before kneading.
4. Cut into bite size pieces and cool before serving.
