Egg Muffin with Ham
Egg muffin with ham can be frozen and reheated in either a microwave or toaster oven.
2 pieces English Muffin
4 pieces Ham
2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
2 slices Square Cheese
2 pieces Large Egg
How to Cook
1. Toast muffin and rest.
2. Heat pan on medium low fire. Add eggs and fry to consistency you want.
3. Cook ham in the same pan. Remove and put to one side.
4. Assemble but placing 1 side of the muffin in the pan, add mayonnaise and 2 pieces of ham each sandwich. Add cheese and top with egg before covering it with the top part of the muffin. Heat until cheese melted. Serve hot.
