1 whole Chicken cleaned
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Parsley minced
2 stalks Celery
0.25 cup Sweet Pickled Relish
1 Loaf Bread
0 Salt and Pepper
2 pieces minced Small Onion
How to Cook
1. Boil chicken for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked. Drain and separate meat from bones.
2. Chop chicken into smaller pieces, season with salt and pepper.
3. Add mayonnaise, onion, parsley, pickled relish, and celery.
4. Spread on a loaf bread with tomato and lettuce before serving.
